Classes

Our philosophy encourages classes that are relaxing, non-competitive and suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Please select from one of the following locations for class information:

Events and Open Days

NEW! Sufi-Chi Yoga Level 1 Stage 1 beginner evening courses will be held at The Mir Sufi Centre from 7:30 to 9:00 pm for a duration of 4 weeks. The cost is only 45.00. Please call or email for starting dates.

NEW! Group practice for Sufi-Chi Yoga is held at The Mir Sufi Centre every Thursday from 5:30 - 6:30 pm and every Sunday from 2:00 - 3:00 pm (must have at least attended Level 1, please see below for more information on classes for Level 1)!! The fee is only £5.

NEW! Here is some information about our Sufi-Chi Yoga classes that we'll offering in 2010. There will be 2 weekend courses each for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. There will be 3 weekend residential courses for Level 4 and Level 5. There will be a 1 week residential course for Level 6. There will be a 2 week residential course for Level 7.

NEW! Teacher training has additional requirements. It will be a minimum 2 years course for only £2500 (this doesn't include the cost of resitting a level). This inclusive course includes the attendance and cost of all the seven levels plus a minimum of 7 weekends along with one week of practical training, as a Trainee Teacher, which involves running courses and group practices under supervision of the Sufi-Chi Yoga Master. The cost also includes any of the Thursday and Sunday Group Practices.
